Part 1: Register at The Gap Netball Cub

 ·   Competitive Competition (Players turning 11 and up). U11's will be born in 2014.     

 · Non-Competitive Competition (players born 1 Jan 2015 – 30 Jun 2018) (Players turning 7 before          June 30 will also need to be in grade 2 to be eligible)

     

     Part 2: Register and pay via Netball Connect

  • All players (competitive and non-competitive) will need to select “Player Membership” and any additional kinds of membership you will be performing e.g. Coach or Umpire.

  • Select the Division, this should be correct based on your players birth date – if it is not, please contact the Registrar.

  • If you have a Queensland Government Fair Play Voucher please select "Redeem Voucher", when registering in Netball Connect. Enter your voucher code at the checkout and your fees should be now shown at the reduced player amount.

  • Please note if you do not enter your Fair Play voucher in Netball Connect prior to finalising registration you will not be able to claim the discount. 

  • If you do not have a Fair Play voucher and are experiencing financial hardship please contact the registrar, as we are here to help! 


  • Please note: All fees must be paid in full at registration. Netball Connect charges a processing fee for each registration and only accepts card payments or direct debits.


Registrations closes, midnight Saturday 15 Feb 2025.

REGISTRATION FEES

·      Fees for the 2025 Season are $440 per player. 


The Gap Netball Club understands the cost-of-living crisis and as such the club is proudly registered as a Queensland Government Fair Play vouchers provider and are committed to providing the redemption of these vouchers to reduce the cost of sporting fees in 2025.

NET SET GO TEAM NOMINATIONS

Net Set Go players playing the 7/8/9 years competition are welcome to nominate to play with a friend/s or may wish to nominate a full team of 9 or 10 players. Team registrations will not be accepted without a Coach and Manager also being nominated. Every effort will be made to accommodate requests but cannot be guaranteed. Please email a list of your team names, a coach and manager to tgncnetsetgo@gmail.com and tgncregistrar@gmail.com by the 15 February 2025. 


* Please note due to changes in team formations, players in the 10 years age group will not be permitted to play with friendship groups. 


WITHDRAWAL OF REGISTRATION  

Players requesting withdrawal of their TGNC player registration (de-registration) prior to taking the court at grading, training of games shall receive a refund of their fees paid to date, minus $50 club administration costs.   

Players requesting de-registration after taking the court or after the 10 March 2025 whichever comes first, will forfeit the DPNA and Netball QLD component of their registration fees ($203) as this is non-refundable from that point. Players will receive the outstanding balance of club fees, minus $50 club administration costs.

 

Players requesting to deregister after they have participated in their first game in the 2025 DPNA Winter competition will forfeit their full registration fees as this is non-refundable from that point. Notification of intention to deregister a player should be sent to tgncregistrar@gmail.com

 

BIRTH CERTIFICATE

DPNA requires all NEW players to provide proof of age. These can be scanned/emailed to tgncregistrar@gmail.com or presented to the registration desk at the grading days.

 

New players may not commence training or grading until proof of age has been provided.
